SHIPPED ORDERS – return and refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns on shipped items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To request a refund or replacement:
- Email us at info@tgreek.com
- Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We do not refund shipping charges. Return shipping is not required.
Order Cancellations for Shipped Orders:
Orders may be canceled only before they are prepared for shipment.
Once packaging begins (typically within 12–24 hours of order placement), cancellations are no longer possible.
Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to cancel.
Catering orders – refund & cancellation policy
Catering orders may be canceled under the following conditions:
- 7 or more days before the event: Full refund
- 3 to 6 days before the event: 50% refund
- Less than 72 hours before the event: No refund
