At Traditional Greek Kitchen, we take great care to ensure that your order is delivered fresh and on time.
Below is important information about our shipping procedures and timelines.
Shipping Schedule
- Orders are shipped every Monday and Tuesday to ensure maximum freshness.
- Orders placed after Tuesday at 12 PM EST will ship the following Monday.
Shipping Carrier and Delivery Times
- All orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day Service.
- Most customers will receive their order within 2 days of shipping.
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Area
- We currently ship to the continental 50 United States only.
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
Packaging
- All perishable items are carefully packaged in insulated containers with ice packs to maintain safe temperatures during transit.
- We recommend that someone is available at the shipping address to receive the delivery promptly.
Shipping Issues
If your shipment arrives damaged, delayed, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@tgreek.com with a description and photos of the issue.
We will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
