Please review our refund, return, and cancellation policies below.

Cancellations (catering Orders)

  • 7 or more days before event date: Full refund.
  • 3 to 7 days before event date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 72 hours before event date: No refund available.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@tgreek.com or by calling 610-894-7335.

returns and refunds (Shipped Orders)

We do not accept returns of perishable food items once shipped.

If your shipped order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, please email info@tgreek.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

Upon verification, a replacement product or refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers once an order has left our facility, but we will work with you to address concerns.

Shipping details (for shipped orders)

  • All shipments are sent out Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure freshness.
  • Orders typically arrive within 2 days via UPS.
  • We ship to all 50 continental United States.
  • Perishable items are packed in insulated containers with ice packs to maintain quality during transit.

Changes to Orders

  • Catering orders: Changes may be made up to 72 hours before the event date.
  • Shipped orders: Changes may be made prior to shipping preparation only. Once shipped, no changes can be made.
